WARRANTY POLICY

To make a product return under warranty, the product may not be modified by the buyer or altered from its original state, it must also be in good condition and clean. The products will have a guarantee as follows: electrical products for women for twelve months and electrical products for men for six months from the date of purchase. 

If you are going to make a guarantee return of the products you bought at www.alizz.com.co, follow these steps:

-Make the written request for the product by guarantee to our email hola@alizz.com.co or to our Whatsapp line 3132358586, the invoice is not necessary.

-Then you must send the product to the address in Medellín Carrera 46 #14-155 el Poblado sector, in the name of customer service IMPOBE ALIZZ GROUP CORPORATION S.A.S, where the status of the product will be validated. 

- The product must be properly packed. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transportation process. **The cost of shipping is on us.

If you have any questions, contact our customer service area at 444 47 54 from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the delivery of the good or the moment you received the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it, it must be in perfect condition, that is, unused, clean and in perfect condition. Transportation costs and others, incurred in returning the product to the facilities of IMPOBE ALIZZ GROUP CORPORATION S.A.S. will be assumed by the user.

In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, IMPOBE ALIZZ GROUP CORPORATION S.A.S. will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 business days.

In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of Law 1480, goods for personal use such as jewelry, costume jewelry, personal care products and cosmetics are exempt from the right of withdrawal. 

To manage the return of a product by the law of withdrawal, you must do so by following these steps:

- Make the request in writing for change / return to our email hola@alizz.com.co

- Then you must send the product to the address in Medellín Carrera 46 14-155, in the name of customer service IMPOBE ALIZZ GROUP CORPORATION S.A.S, where the status of the product will be validated; remember that it must arrive clean and in perfect condition (original packaging). If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will inform you via email of the reason why we did not make the return and the product will be sent again to the initial delivery address.

REFUND OF MONEY


Through transfer: It is made approximately within thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Through credit card payment reversal: thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse in the event of a claim.

In the case of cancellation of the order, up to 30 days after the client's request, this time is estimated since it depends more on the times of the banks with which the purchase was made, for this case, the client must contact with the bank once IMPOBE ALIZZ GROUP CORPORATION S.A.S.

For security reasons, the best option will always be to refund the money to the same account that originated the transaction or to the person who made the purchase, that is, whoever is registered on the website.
